I understand that there is so much more to exercise than just losing weight or gaining muscle and sometimes it can be daunting to simply just get started. Whatever your goal, whether it's improving fitness, mobility or flexibility, learning more about nutrition or simply losing weight, I am here to guide, coach and support you.

I am an EXERCISE REFERRAL QUALIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER.
Particular conditions have been proven to benefit from certain types of exercise. Exercise programmes need to be carefully put together and current medications, lifestyle and any other co-existing conditions need to be considered. I often work with individuals with the following conditions:
WHAT I OFFER
I work with my clients to find out what works best for them and what they enjoy. That could be anything from controlled exercises like low intensity stretching and mobility, to high intensity training (including boxing).
Personal Training sessions are generally one hour and include nutritional advice and I provide a bespoke workout plan for my clients between sessions.

Caroline is one of the friendliest, enthusiastic people you could meet. I contacted her after months of having a back problem. She adapted exercises and broke exercises down so that I could achieve a little each week and was eventually able to achieve the whole exercise.
